Services: As a practicing attorney for over 36 years with a wide range of experience, the focus of my practice over the past 26 years has been personal injury and medical malpractice law. As a former Assistant District Attorney and later an Assistant United States Attorney, I had extensive trial experience in criminal matters before transferring to the Civil Division of the Office of the United States Attorney, where I began defending the federal government in all actions, with a focus on defense of federal tort claims. While personal injury litigation has been the majority of my practice, I still handle legal matters involving real estate, contracts, traffic and criminal law, wills and estates and some commercial law. (I have close associations with other counsel for specialized areas including matrimonial, family, tax, workers compensation and disability issues.)
