Curves For Women, (inside the King Kullen Shopping Center) has opened its doors to women of all ages.

Leslie Seidner, owner and operator of the facility, has moved the East Setauket Curves to a larger and brighter location. All equipment has been upgraded and installed with CurvesSmart technology. CurvesSmart allows each client to customize her individual fitness profile.

“It’s like having a one-on-one coach by your side without the expense,” says Seidner.

Seidner is dedicated to promoting a healthier, stronger lifestyle. She decided to launch the Curves location after spending time as a Curves client at Miller Place where she successfully lost 75 pounds. Seidner says she will work out with her clients and help them reach their goals as she continues on her own path.

Becoming a Curves member keeps you fit and trim, helps you lose weight, strengthen muscles and increases endurance. “I know exactly what Curves has done for me and I want to bring that to other women,” she says. “And with just a few months left until summer — it’s time to start getting into shape.”

Curves will also be offering the Curves Diet program, a six-week food program dedicated to a nutritional plan.
