Upper Custom Cosmetic Denture

Desires and How We Did It:
“I would like to be able to eat and smile again with confidence. My existing fixed bridge kept coming out. I guess I cannot call it a fixed bridge! To boot, I am restricted to a soft diet and absolutely hate it. My bridge use to come out at work, how embarrassing. It is now time to do something for myself”.
We constructed a diagnostic denture first and then extracted Ray’s hopeless remaining seven teeth and inserted his denture at the same appointment. Using the diagnostic denture as a training denture we worked out all the kinks and satisfied four key points, phonetics (how one speaks), cosmetics, comfort, and function. After six months all the tissues where the extractions took place matured and the final denture was then constructed using the diagnostic as a blue print. Ray’s final custom cosmetic denture is comfortable, cosmetic and functional. We even custom colorized the gums of the denture to match his. I was even impressed to see the difference in his before and after.
