Desires and How We Did It:
I want to fix my teeth and look better. My smile bothers me and I put my hand up to cover my smile when I laugh or just have my mouth open. It embarrasses me. My reason for not seeking regular care has been fear of pain and my claustrophobia.

Judith presented to me with missing and broken teeth. After our comprehensive exam, and consultation we decided on getting her healthy, functional and a beautiful smile. We prepped her for the periodontist who did some creative cosmetic grafting over her front teeth. We then restored the upper with fixed bridges on the upper left and right, and six (Empress) non-mental crowns. On the lower we fabricated two crowns to get a better fitting partial denture on the lower. Judith no longer covers her mouth when she smiles.
