Our facility has everything one needs for a GREAT WORKOUT. we have free weights, barbells, kettle bells, benches, nautilus, cybex and more.

Our CARDIOVASCULAR AREA has tread mills, elliptical cross trainers and bikes. all of which have the option to watch your favorite show.

We have a full schedule of CLASSES. some of our classes are hot yoga, yoga, pilates, spin, boot camp, fusion, and kidz-n-motion.

WE are very proud of our NURSERY. the staff is enthusiastic about their jobs and keep it sparkling clean. Our nursery is unlike traditional gym nurseries, it is a must see!
