Nakedness
 
 
We are all born naked and it has been this way forever.
Our Mother’s first gift to us is a blanket to cover our
bodies. And then we get some clothes. From there
Mommy and Daddy teach us to hold a bottle and then a
spoon and then a fork and from there on we are
always looking to hold something like a crayon or
pencil or a tool. On the first day of school we don’t
know what we’re going to need but we come prepared anyway
with a little book bag or a lunch box so that we are
carrying something  like our ancient ancestors
who ventured out from the caves with a spear
in hand and then they came back with a kill. So we see
no naked people walking down the street like grown up
babies. All the grown up babies are carrying shopping
bags and cell phones and car keys and sacs full off
food and  or I-Pods and things like this in their hands.
Rarely do you see a grown up baby just like they were
born to be carrying nothing in, nothing during, and
nothing on the way out.
